A division of McConnnell Group, Hawkins Construction had established a new business unit. Odyssey were engaged to help all parties arrive at a common view of what the new business was about and what the growth strategy should be.

It was important to Hastings District Council Chief Executive, Murray Gilbertson, that every single staff member had the opportunity to express their views on the Council’s long term plan.
